Programs of Study

Undergraduate degrees at SCS are offered through Howard-Payne University. The following degrees are available at the undergraduate level:

Students enrolled in the B.A. in Christian Studies program may specialize in Bible, Practical Theology, or Religious Education. The B.A.A.S. is designed to offer students with vocational-technical training the opportunity to obtain a baccalaureate degree. For more information, please contact SCS.

Financial Aid

A fundamental principle for the School of Christian Studies is to provide financially accessible opportunities for ministry preparation. Toward this end, SCS offers the following resources.

All undergraduate students who wish to receive financial aid should complete the General Scholarship Application for undergraduate students each academic year.

Tuition & Fees

Standard Tuition: $270 per credit hour
With Christian Leadership Scholarship: $90 per credit hour
With CLS and Ministerial Scholarship $70 per credit hour
Course Audit: $45 per credit hour

Application Fee for New Students: $25
Student Fee: $25 per semester
Drop Fee: $20 per course
Early Registration: Free
Regular Registration: $30
